The Problem

SillyTree Prints, active on Amazon since 2015, struggled to keep up with the platform's changing landscape.

Their approach to SEO, PPC, and product presentation became outdated, leading to ineffective advertising campaigns, lack of keyword strategy, and designs that didn't capture consumer attention.

With a broad range of products and limited resources, addressing these challenges across all listings and marketing efforts proved to be a significant hurdle for the company.

The Solution

To address SillyTree Prints' challenges on Amazon, a comprehensive account overhaul was necessary. The process began with catalog optimization: streamlining the product lineup by creating variations for similarly themed items, removing duplicates, and correcting categorizations and attributes. Following this, extensive competitor analysis and keyword research were conducted, focusing on the top 30 sellers to identify highly relevant, buyer-intent keywords for each product.

Armed with this data, we revitalized the listings with updated titles, bullet points, and back-end search terms. The new keyword insights also informed our advertising strategy, leading to the creation of targeted manual campaigns and competitor-focused product targeting ads, with an emphasis on promoting longer-tailed, lower-volume keywords.

A major part of the solution involved redesigning the product images. To manage the vast number of listings efficiently, we developed a templated approach for the image sets, aiming to enhance the main image, highlight product features, showcase the product in use through lifestyle images, and differentiate from competitors.
